Privacy Policy
Plain English, no surprises. Last updated 11 July 2026.
90 Minute Manager is made in London, United Kingdom. This policy covers the game (on the web and on iOS) and this website. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run accounts, purchases and fair leaderboards. We do not run ads, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
What we collect, and why
Account data
You can play as a guest without giving us anything. If you create an account, we collect your email address (for one-time-passcode sign-in) or your Apple ID identity (if you use Sign in with Apple; Apple lets you hide your real email, and that works fine with us). If you join the leaderboard we also store the display name you choose. We use this data to operate your account, restore your purchases and show your name on leaderboards. Nothing else.
Gameplay data
When you finish a run, the game sends us the challenge you played, the run's seed, the decisions you made and how long the run took. We re-simulate every ranked run on our servers to verify the score. This is how we keep the leaderboard honest: there is no way to cheat a score past a full replay. Runs are linked to your account (or to a random device identifier if you play as a guest).
Device identifier
The game generates a random identifier on your device the first time it runs. It is not your advertising ID, it is not derived from your hardware, and it identifies the install, not you. We use it for rate limiting (stopping abuse of our servers) and to group telemetry from the same install. It is never used to grant access to anything.
Telemetry
The game logs gameplay events (for example "run started", "run completed") together with the device identifier, the challenge and the seed, to our own database. This is first-party analytics: it never leaves our infrastructure, it is not shared with any analytics company, and it is not used for advertising. We use it to find bugs and balance the game. If you delete your account, telemetry from your device is deleted with it.
Purchases
On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we receive confirmation that a purchase happened so we can unlock what you bought. On iOS, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and receipts are validated by RevenueCat before we unlock anything. We store which products your account owns. We never see or store card numbers on either platform.
IP addresses
Our servers see your IP address when the game talks to them, as every internet service does. We use it for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Standard, short-lived infrastructure logs aside, we do not build any profile from it.
This website
The marketing site you are reading now is static. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The game stores your save data locally in your browser or on your device, because that is where your career lives.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the game, each processing data only on our instructions: Supabase (database, authentication and server functions), Stripe (web payments), Apple (iOS payments and Sign in with Apple), RevenueCat (iOS receipt validation) and Vercel (website hosting). We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it to anyone, ever.
Children
90 Minute Manager is not directed at children under 13, and you must be 13 or older to create an account. We serve no advertising of any kind, targeted or otherwise, to anyone. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep things
Account data, entitlements and leaderboard runs are kept while your account exists. Delete your account and they go with it. Purchase records may be retained where tax and accounting law requires it. Rate-limit and infrastructure logs are short-lived.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The fastest route for deletion is built into the game: Settings, then Delete Account. That erases your account, entitlements, leaderboard entries and telemetry in one action, permanently. For anything else, email hello@90minutemanager.com and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the game before they apply to you.
